General Terms and Conditions (Container Order Purchases)

Material :

CV Ajisaka just use Recycled wood and specially Recycled Teak if buyer want to use other wood must be spoken and discussed before

Price :

All price indicated in FOB price  with unfinishing/Natural quality , if buyers want color finishing must be clear in before (and any sample color if necessary), addional cost depend on size and color finishing material will be shown on Proforma Invoice first

Order Confirmation :

All Places orders will be confirm seller by e-mail dan buyers must be confirmed back

Minimum Order Quantity

Right know we can only receive order for a minimum of 20 feet Container with no minimum quantity of the goods.

For Individual purchaser with special design acceptable also with no minimum quantity all price ,delivery can discuss later

Delivery Time

Approximately 40 works days for all standart items (No Carving), Special custom design with special Carving Delivery period to be discussed at time of order as depends on items and quantities.

Quality Standard.

The Quality products that required must be fixed (Use Product Sample  if necessary) and agreed each others.

Inspection and Controller System.

Welcome to use Inspection before the orders delivery.

Shipping insurance :

Shipping insurance is available at customers request.

Payment :

At this moment we use TT payment only by terms :

Down Payment must be Transferred and Received in maximum 7 days after confirmed order by email. And then balance must be payable in maximum 7  days after Furniture Loaded. . All original documents will send after we received approved of balance transfer from our Buyer's Bank (Updating Validate Transfer).

Minimum Down Payment is 50 % from Invoice.

In Special Terms, where buyers want to  make special contract for limited time season such as projects, we must receiving some Deposits for our Buffers Materials to support production and delivery time on schedule.This Deposits paying in advance, and will be reduce on last container invoice.

F. The Documents

All shipment Original documents as below will send very sooner after balance payment received :

1.Commercial Invoice

2.Packing List / Weight List

3.Bill of Landing

4.Certificate of Fumigation

5. Certificate of Origin ( Form A  )

6. Certificate of ISPM#15 Standard Wooden Crating (Special items that neccessary to protection)

7. Cargo Marine Insurance ICC "A" (if buyer need and aggree)

8. Beneficiary of Certify is Wooden From Legal Logging (SVLK)

H. Guarantee

1. CV Ajisaka Not Guarantedd purchase clearance stock, special purchase and sold as seen items. 

2. CV Ajisaka Guaranteed all normal purchase order, In the rare event that an item arrives faulty or damaged please send the photo or video about that and please contact our Customer Service team on +62 858 831 55 047 or email ajisakacv(at)gmail.com and we will arrange to collect the damaged item and organise either a replacement or a full refund. Or CV Ajisaka  reserve the right to repair an item rather than replacing it.or change all the cost of repair.

3. The wood used in our  furniture products often has a rustic/old look making each item slightly different in colour, appearance, measurements and finish.  We will not exchange items on a 'like for like' basis purely on the grounds of the character of the wood used.

G. Force Majeure

Seller shall not be held responsible for any failure caused of performance third party or act of God to make timely delivery of all or any part of the Goods ,in whole or in part, rallies in country or provincial or municipal action, statute, ordinance or regulation, strike or other labor trouble, fire or other damage to or destruction of, in whole or in part,
